​Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Weston-Super-Mare

Healthii People is working with a 'GOOD' CQC-rated, two-site GP practice in Weston-Super-Mare, seeking an ambitious ANP to join their team in the near future.

​

You'll be joining a family-oriented practice that prioritises both patient care and staff well-being. The team consists of 10 GPs, 5 ANPs/ACPs, and 10 Practice Nurses, serving a patient list of approximately 16,500 across two sites. They foster a supportive environment, including regular mid-morning coffee breaks to recharge and connect with colleagues.

The Role:

· 3 to 4 full days per week

· Ideally able to see children of all ages and undertake home visits

· Support for further training and development, with funded courses available

​

Key Information:

· £28 - £38 per hour (DOE)

· Flexible start date

· 15-minute appointments (minimum)

· EMIS / AskmyGP system

· Prescribing qualification not essential – funding available if needed
